Five stars does not seem like enough for April. She is THE BEST realtor and has become a life long friend to our family. She not only helped my mom sell our family home of 30 years, she also helped my mom get into her dream home before it ever went on the market. She accomplished BOTH during a global pandemic and crazy real estate market. April has an amazing ability to be very professional while also being very personable and we always felt like we were her only client, even though we knew we weren’t. She was available day and night, weekday or weekend. She is also very knowledgeable about the buying and selling process and she really knows the market.

I could drown April in compliments all day. Professional, responsive, punctual, hilarious...But you want to hear the results, right? We told her the house we were looking for. She was not pushy. She listened to us, she watched our reactions, she was informative and transparent. When we found our dream house, she sprang into action and worked tirelessly to get it for us. We got our house on the first offer. There is no way we could have done it with anyone else. April is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I have worked in the real estate and lending industry for nearly 15 years and have never encountered an agent so passionate about taking care of her clients. We moved to Oregon from out of state so we were not able to be present for our inspections or final walk through. April handled everything and kept me well informed along the way.
